Repairs
Some garages have given the industry a bad name by trying to charge for things that do not really need doing and even worse charging for things they have not even done. A1 Autocraft has been pro-active in the involvement in schemes that make what we do transparent. We have joined the Good Garage Scheme and the Bosch network as we believe that long term customer satisfaction is based on trust and first class value for money service.
We try where possible to accurately quote every job before we start and we use nationally recognised times to ensure you pay a fair rate. We will keep you informed at every stage and if we find anything else that needs doing during the repair will ask first.
If the repair involves some diagnostic work or investigation before we will again try to give you some realistic idea of the time needed to find the fault, once found we can then accurately quote the repair.
When your repair is complete you will receive a detailed bill listing all the labour and the parts used, we even bag the old parts for inspection so you can be sure they have been replaced.
We use the very latest Bosch equipment to help us find any diagnose problems quickly and accurately. As vehicles become more complex this is a very important part of our business and is one of the reasons we have joined the Bosch group. As part of the Group we have access to technical information and experience that can be invaluable.
